integration of Microsoft Outlook, and document scanning to logging, records processing
(with direct population registry and building/home registry connections), document
generation with template administration, task completion support, authorizations,
official signatures, and implemented EDIAKT II interface as well as dual delivery

Open Source
Public administrators
in Europe have recently been showing growing interest in Open Source Software. In
several areas of technical infrastructure (e.g., network services) OSS is already
well established. Additional areas of deployment are being evaluated in pilot projects.
