Efficient document generation and management

At 11:45 a.m. Erich Albrechtowitz, head of department V/6 IT human resource management, at the Federal Ministy of Finance, will give a speech on „Document management within automated IT procedures and processes, on the example of the human resource processes of  the federal government”.

The Agenda Austria 2020 will be opened by Gabriele Heinisch-Hosek (Federal Minister for Women and Civil Service), there will be a talk with Rudolf Hundstorfer (Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management) as well as a speech by State Secretary Sebastian Kurz. Furthermore representatives of the City of Vienna, the Federal Chancellery, the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, the Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth, the Federal Ministry of Health, the Federal Ministry for Women and Civil Service as well as the Federal Ministry of the Interior will give interesting speeches or praticipate in the podium discussion.

Electronic document delivery via postserver.at has the same security level like a registered letter with return receipt. Analogous to a RSa letter the sender receives an electronically sigend proof of delivery upon successful delivery. Electronic delivery is considerably cheaper than the cheapest postage.

One solution for all of Austria

The objective of fundamt.gv.at is to create a nationwide lost property service enabling people throughout Austria to use www.fundamt.gv.at to search for their lost property and allow a quick recovery, regardless of where in the country the loss occurred.

At the moment fundamt.gv.at is used by eight federal state capitals as well as numerous cities and municipalities across the country, and more than 3.5 million residents can profit from the solution. Furthermore, the Austrian Federal Post and Wiener Linien, Vienna’s public transport company, manage their found objects with fundamt.gv.at.

Free of charge for small and middle sized municipalities

As of January 1, 2013 the usage of fundamt.gv.at is free of charge for all municipalities with less than 10.000 residents. At this stage, more than 200 municipalities have signed up in response. This campaign is an important step on the road towards one lost property service. A cooperation with the Austrian Board of Security (Kuratorium Sicheres Österreich) and sponsoring partners made the campaign possible.
