Initial data capture

The user can assign adequate originator information and keywords to incoming documents within the scope of initial data capture. Existing electronic information such as originator, receipt date, subject-matter, etc.,are automatically adopted within the scope of automated electronic incoming data capture. Acta Nova lays the foundations for efficient business case processing within your organization through the consistent and controlled capture of incoming data.

Logging

Acta Nova allows you to log incoming information relating to new and existing business cases and therefore provides a basis for continuous and traceable processing and documentation. Incoming information is accurately allocated to specific business areas. The functionalities of the workflow management module allow business cases to be assigned to the relevant division on the basis of predefined standard processes or ad-hoc processes.

Drafting

Completion mechanisms convert your outgoing mail into a final format (PDF) addressed to the intended recipients. Acta Nova offers corresponding dispatch options for the following media: “paper”, “email”, “fax” and “electronic delivery”.
