The rubicon advent-punch was a big success this year too. About 160 customers, partners and employees gathered on the 1st of December for the traditional get-together in the courtyard of Palais Harrach. It was an ideal opportunity to exchange views and establish contacts with colleagues from public administration and other mayor enterprises in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cold season is especially tough for people living in the streets. To help those people funds were raised at the rubicon advent-punch for the homeless shelter Gruft.
Donation delivery at the Gruft
Donations from the attendees and from consumption – rubicon donated 1 Euro per punch – summed up the considerable sum of 1.200 Euro. With that money 24 homeless people can be supported with a Gruft winter package (sleeping back & meal).
