This award is given to web offers, which provide free access to legal information in an authentic, comprehensive, current and user-friendly way.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A comprehensive and freely accessible database is available for interested citizens at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/\">www.ris.bka.gv.at<\/a>. The legislative information system was totally redeveloped by RUBICON in 2008 \u2013 with a particular focus on barrier-free access.
