Licensing options for Acta Nova
Acta Nova offers transparent and comprehensible licensing on the basis of a Named User model. You can choose between two different licensing models.
Usage model
The annual usage license model (subscription) enables uncomplicated licensing on the basis of a lease model with annual billing for the actual number of Named User in the system. In comparison to the classic software purchase model, the annual license usage model enables needs-based licensing and can include a reduction of Named User at the beginning of each annual billing period.
Purchase model
Acta Nova is also available as a classic purchase model including annual software updates. Purchase model licensing is also based Named User.
