Easy Access to the Offer Database
Metabase greatly simplifies access to existing data from Zurich's offer database. Using SSIS Sync (Microsoft SQL Server), the data is regularly synchronised with a Metabase query database and transformed accordingly. This has the advantage that, for example, technical terms are translated in the same way as the terms used in the user interface and are easier to understand for queries. This makes analysis very intuitive. The synchronisation also has the advantage that the daily operation of the offer database is not disrupted by evaluations and therefore performance is not affected.Individualised Dashboards & Authorisations
The entire Zurich Insurance Company sales team has daily access to the latest figures and analyses at the touch of a button. At all hierarchical levels, from individual regions to the whole of Austria. For this purpose, customised maps of Austria have been created to show the sales regions. Regional managers only see data for the regions assigned to them.Managers, on the other hand, see data from all over Austria. Queries are divided into dashboards and access is controlled by permissions. From the dashboard, it is possible to drill down to individual data. Filters can be used to restrict query periods. This means that each query can be customised by the person responsible.
