The Swiss Federal Administration and its role

The Swiss Federal Administration consists of seven departments and the Federal Chancellery. One-Click Access to Templates via two Systems

All documents are based on standardised templates. These have been created by the template managers of the offices and departments. They can be accessed in two ways: Either via the GEVER Acta Nova business management system or via the template client. In both cases, the documents created can be edited until they are finished. This is easily done using the Office applications Word, PowerPoint or Excel.

Modules ensure Uniformity across all Documents

The key features of the Swiss Confederation's corporate design are stored as modules in all templates. This allows for seamless adaptation of the modules in the event of a change to the corporate design, ensuring a unified and efficient approach to maintaining the templates.
