During the Workflow Training, including the Scheduling Extension (WTE), you will learn to create process templates using the graphical process editor.

For process designers, it is essential to understand the available options and how certain mechanisms function, such as user decisions within a running process or conditions for branching in parallel processes, among others. Additionally, you will learn how to configure standard activities, especially for multiple assignments.

Another focus is the assignment of processes, such as at the dossier or transaction level. Using process configurations, you will learn how to manage activities and their properties as key components in the process. You will gain knowledge to extend process functionality and map scheduling obligations within the workflow. Activities in the process can be assigned fixed deadlines, and examples will cover defining manual deadlines, their impacts, as well as integrating throughput times and buffer periods.

The scheduling functionality will be illustrated for both simple and complex process structures, such as parallel processes and repetitions. The scheduling overview as a control tool helps you maintain an overview of all activities with deadlines. The training concludes with configuring working hours and creating a calculation mode through examples.
