Acta Nova & AFS Training (A2)
With the Acta Nova and AFS training package, you acquire the know-how to configure (simple) online forms with AFS and connect them to Acta Nova (GEVER) business cases.
People who already have AFS know-how can book this session (Connecting AFS Online Forms to Acta Nova (GEVER)) individually. If you still need the AFS Basics, please register for the other two training days in addition: AFS Basics (A1). These trainings are conducted by our partner aforms2web.
Content of day 3: A2) Connect AFS online forms to Acta Nova (GEVER)
- Module 1 – Recap – AFS Basics
- Module 2 – Recap – Acta Nova Workflow
- Module 3 – Setting up an application mailbox
- Module 4 – Data types in interaction AN/AFS
- Module 5 – Define APF Tenant in Acta Nova
- Module 6 – Set up pickup in Acta Nova and form field mapping
For the duration of the training, the training participants receive their own AFS and an Acta Nova environment. Here, the training examples and in particular the Acta Nova-AFS connection can be configured by the trainees themselves.
If you wish to continue using the training environment afterwards (e.g. to gain further experience with it or as a basis for a “proof of concept”), please make a note of this when registering. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer.

Conditions: Registrations are binding, but can be canceled free of charge up to one week before the training date. If a participant is prevented from attending, the training fee will be charged and a credit will be issued for participation in an equivalent later training course.
